A Reiki treatment lasts ~1 hour while lying on a massage table fully clothed. The Reiki practioner will gently place her hands on your body and move to different places for short periods of time. Placement of the hands is never personally invasive and the practitioner is always respectful of each person’s dignity and privacy. Each person experiences Reiki in their own way. Most commonly people feel relaxation and an overall feeling of well being. The minimum age for a Reiki session I can offer is for girls age 14 and for boys, age 15. Schedule a Reiki session below.
